Return Policy for Provocative Puns

Thank you for shopping at Provocative Puns! We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This return policy outlines how you can return your items for a refund or exchange.
Items Eligible for Return:
- You may return unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 45 days of receiving your order.
- Some items may be excluded from return, such as personalized items, perishable goods, or clearance items. Please see the product description for specific details.
Return Process:
- Contact us via email at lisamjonas@yahoo.com or through our contact form to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
- Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and approve the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and include your desired exchange item in your email request.
- We will ship the exchange item to you once we receive and process your return. There may be additional shipping charges for exchanges.
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
